Contest T&C

1. Eligibility

• This contest is open to all residents of India above the age of 18 years.
• Employees, agents, and family members of the organizer are not eligible to participate.

2. Contest Period

• The contest is valid on purchases made between 20th September 2025 and 20th October 2025.
• Any purchase made before or after these dates will not be considered for participation.

3. How to Participate

• To participate, customers must purchase Gluck Check and Anti Spike products during the contest period.
• Each eligible purchase counts as one valid entry.

4. Winner Selection

• Winners will be selected at the discretion of the organizer from the valid entries received.
• The decision of the organizer with respect to the selection of winners shall be final and binding.

5. Prize

• The winner will receive a Free Beto Curve Gluco Meter worth ₹1008/-.
• The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other product.

6. Condition for Claiming Prize

• As a condition subsequent to receiving the prize, the winner shall be required to share a photo with the Beto Curve Gluco Meter and the purchased Gluck Check and Anti Spike products.
• If the winner fails to share the photo within 7 days from receipt of the prize, the organizer reserves the right to withdraw the prize and/or announce an alternate winner.

7. Announcement of Winner

• Winners will be announced within 15 days after the contest ends.
• The organizer will contact the winners through the contact details provided at the time of purchase.
• If a winner cannot be contacted within 7 days, the organizer reserves the right to select an alternate winner.

8. Disclaimer Regarding Prize

• The organizer does not sell, distribute, or endorse the Beto Curve Gluco Meter or any medical device.
• The product is provided purely as a contest prize and not as a recommendation or promotion.
• The organizer makes no warranties or guarantees regarding the accuracy, reliability, or performance of the device.
• Participants are advised to use the device at their own discretion and consult a qualified medical professional for any medical concerns.

9. General Terms

• The organizer reserves the right to modify, cancel, or terminate the contest at any time without prior notice.
• By participating, customers agree to abide by all terms and conditions of this contest.
• The organizer shall not be responsible for any technical issues, delays, or errors beyond its control.

10. Legal

• This contest is governed by the laws of India.
• Courts at Mumbai shall have exclusive jurisdiction in case of disputes.
